A man from the South African National Health Service is being taken into custody after the South African Police found that he was taking more than 200 tablets of Viagra.
The man was found in his living room at the Ndumwa Road address, and was in possession of a prescription for the medication for erectile dysfunction.
Police were notified about the suspect on the scene and taken to Ndumwa Road where a video was found, which was broadcast.
Police said they found one tablet of Viagra at the Ndumwa Road address and the man was taken into custody.
A statement from the South African Police said: “The man is currently being taken into custody at Ndumwa Road by the South African National Health Service (SNHS).”
“A search of the man’s person and clothing confirmed the presence of a prescription for Viagra.”
The man was taken to Ndumwa Road where the video was broadcast and officers found a prescription for the medication Viagra.
“On his person, the man was found with a small amount of Viagra, and also with a bag containing tablets of sildenafil,” the statement read.
“He was taken to Ndumwa Road where he was arrested at a post on the Ndumwa Road address.
“He has been booked on a statement that the man is currently being taken into custody at Ndumwa Road, and is being held at Ndumwa Road premises on a bail bond.
“A search of his person confirmed that the man is currently taking Sildenafil, a prescription for the erectile dysfunction medication Viagra.
“The man was taken to Ndumwa Road where he was arrested at a post on the Ndumwa Road address.”
